Introducing Luna, discovered in a dire state as a stray on Monday. Was she escaping from her tormentors and negligent individuals, or had heartless individuals simply abandoned her on a Miami, Florida street to endure solitude?

Luna is currently at Miami-Dade Animal Services. Her veterinary reports state the following:

severe crusting, scabbing, alopecia, scaling and erythema diffuse. No petechiae, ecchymoses noted. No masses noted (generalized demodex)

Luna is being treated by the veterinary staff, however due to the extent of her medical needs, she will best benefit from rescue. If you’re willing to foster for the shelter and you live in either Broward or Dade Counties, you will need to go to the shelter in person to complete the necessary paperwork.
