The bond that can form between a dog and its human is so deep and pure. Dogs are known as “man’s best friend” for a reason!

When a dog’s owner happens to be a child, though, that bond seems to go even deeper and stronger, especially if they grew up together.

A perfect example of that is the relationship between the miniature schnauzer, Emma, and her favorite boy.

When her boy leaves for school each day, Emma accompanies their mom to the drop-off line and watches as he exits the car.

Once he’s nearly out of sight, Emma breaks out in a whine and escalates it to a cry. The moment was captured on video and you can hear the mom trying to comfort Emma, saying:

“He’ll be back. He’s just going to school.”

As the mom shared on YouTube, Emma ” always cries” when the boy leaves for school.

You might think she’d be used to it by now, but each day she has to go through the process of saying goodbye and crying for her human. It just goes to show how much Emma loves him!

She doesn’t even want to spend a few hours apart.
