Officer Amanda Tobler stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and saw that one of the occupants was a little nervous for its owner. Having dogs of her own, Officer Tobler keeps doggy biscuits in her patrol vehicle just in case she ever encounters a dog on a call, it a stop. So at the end of the traffic stop she brought the pup a treat.
