Having a pet is a big responsibility. It’s a creature that relies on you for shelter, food, protection, and love. In many ways, having a pet is very similar to having a child. That’s why tying a dog up to a tree for hours at a time is a terrible thing to do.

This boxer was spotted tied to a tree in Denver, Colorado, during a terrible storm. It could have ended very badly if it wasn’t for this kind hearted neighbor that stepped in.

Good thing someone was willing to help this dog in need out. (And here’s hoping the lazy owner realized what harm they were doing to their dog.)
