Dogs have proven to be the best companions for people. Coming home at the end of the day, we get the most enthusiastic greeting! They love us beyond a doubt! On August 31, 2016, a public bus crashed in Medellin, Colombia. The driver reportedly lost control of the bus after a mechanical failure and the bus crashed into a building.

Thirty-eight people were injured, none seriously. The wife of one of the victims heard about the accident and hurried to the scene, she brought the family dog, Lucas. Lucas went right to his owner’s side and comforted him. The El Colombiano reported that the dog stayed with his owner the entire time he was being assessed by paramedics. Lucas even tried to get into the ambulance with him!
