Dogs are man’s best friend for many reasons. And one little canine named Yari has just added yet another reason as to why dogs are simply the best.

Besides being our constant companions and our more loyal protectors, they can actually be our most helpful assistants around the house.

Yari demonstrated this perfectly by showing off his unique trick that also happens to be a major help to his owner. Yari is a pooch that lives on Sark Island in the English Channel. His owner absolutely adores him. And after watching the video, we can see why.

You see, Yari has a knack for loading the dishwasher. In the video, the clever pup is seen putting his bowl into the dishwasher before closing it with his nose.

Needless to say, his owner is quite thrilled, saying in the video description, “I taught my dog Yari to load the dishwasher.” Given his immense talent for loading the dishwasher and saving his owner the trouble, let’s hope his owner also taught him how to push “on” – now that would be a very helpful skill for the pooch to learn.
