A man in Lima, Peru, wanted to flee the country so bad he hid inside luggage. He wanted to go unnoticed but a four-legged airport security officer discovered him and wouldn’t let him pass.

A friend of the concealed man tried to smuggle the fugitive past airport security. They hoped to outsmart authorities, but as soon as they arrived at Jorge Chavez International Airport, the sniffer dog identified the bag and alerted his handler.

Airport security questioned the traveler about the bag and after a few minutes the smuggler had no option but to open the luggage. Surprise! There was a live man inside the bag trying to get away.

Both men were detained and are now under investigation
