Denver the Labrador retriever, aka “the Guilty Dog,” knows what time it is and she’s not happy about it.

Her owner went to administer some ear medicine in this video, posted last week, when Denver put on an especially toothy face dubbed the “McCheesy.” We don’t blame you, Denver. Taking medicine usually isn’t too exciting.

Denver earned her guilty dog nickname and rose to Internet fame in 2011 when she ate a bag of cat treats and couldn’t hide her shame. She’s still up to the same tricks and was caught eating foam Christmas ornaments last winter.

She’s also been immortalized in a children’s book, The Adventures of Denver the Guilty Dog.
