Dogs at a rescue in Ireland got a delightful Christmas surprise when the staff filled a room with presents just for the pups! The gifting is part of an annual #SantaPawsDay that DogsTrust, Ireland’s largest dog welfare charity, hosts.

Pit Bulls who have been trained to fight are usually considered dangerous. But Finn was anything but that. He was so starved for love and some good food that when he got his first tasty snack after being rescued, he couldn’t believe it and lost his mind!

Last weekend, an EF4 tornado devastated parts of Western Kentucky. Thousands of homes were destroyed, at least 77 people were killed, and many families were displaced and separated from each other – and their pets.

Christmas came early for one Tennessee woman, whose missing dog was hand-delivered by a UPS driver who found the pup along his route. Now the driver is being applauded for stopping to fetch a lost dog during one of his busiest days of the year.

Last winter, Steve was found tied to a lamppost at a bus stop in Canterbury, England. It was the middle of the night, it was freezing cold, and poor Steve was clearly in a lot of pain from what was later determined to be a broken leg.
