I wish I was Sierra. This little girl knows dog language and she speaks it fluently! I also want to be able to communicate well with my dogs too!

Now, I wonder if there are a lot of dog dialects. Does the German Shepherd speak a different language than let’s say, a Dutch Shepherd. Can the Belgian Malinois understand the German Shepherd and do all Poodles speak French? Could there be a universal dog language like English
