When there isn’t enough room for all the homeless pups in the shelter, the ones with easily treatable yet very ugly health problems are usually the first to get put on the list to be euthanized. It’s hard enough to find homes for completely healthy dogs, let alone ones that look as bad as this pup did when Vet Ranch took him in.
