Gretchen Hoey knows Basset Hounds, as you can tell from her website. Her “Christian, homeschooling family” raises and breeds Bassets on their five-care homestead in Washington State. But despite her expertise with the dog breed, even Hoey was surprised by what she found in a doghouse on her porch.

As she approaches the doghouse with her camera, she exclaims “Oh my gosh” when she peeks inside. “It’s a clown car,” she says, providing an accurate description of what happens next.
