Meet Hoppa, a legless dog who was born legless, but gets around in an unusual way…and that is just the beginning. His owner wanted Hoppa to be able to move more easily, especially when it came to being outside, so he had an idea. Reaching out, he found an art student who created a set of wheels just for the pup. The invention allows Hoppa the opportunity to learn how to balance in manner that gives him the chance to soon step up to a newer model with functionality that more closely emulates forelegs.
