A homeless dog, with his leg stuck inside his collar, was almost like a myth. He would be seen every now and then on the loose but no one could catch him. Several people put out food and water for him but had no success getting close enough to help him… until recently. After running his microchip, they figured out that Patches has been lost for FOUR YEARS! He’s still looking for his forever home, but I don’t think he’ll be looking for long. What a sweet, beautiful dog!
